Viviane Tathi Yende is a lawyer, feminist, and woman human rights defender from Cameroon committed to defending the rights of women and girls. She has 7 years of experience in protection and advocacy surrounding women’s rights.

In 2018, she co-founded the organisation Association Sourires De Femmes which has already provided care services to nearly 500 victims of gender-based violence. Despite the threats and barriers that weigh on her work every day, she remains thoroughly committed to her human rights work
