Céline Narmadji is a woman human rights defender from Chad, actively defending human rights since 1992. She began her work as a member of the Chadian League for Human Rights (LTDH), 1st Rapporteur of the LTDH Women's Commission, and Secretary General of the Cellule de Liaison et d'Information des Associations Féminines (CELIAF). She founded the Association des Femmes pour le Développement et Culture de la Paix au Tchad (AFDCPT) of which she currently serves as President. Through this organisation, she has supported women and children, focusing on the promotion of reproductive health and campaigns warning of the consequences of female genital mutilation.

Her work has also focused on peacebuilding in Chad, supporting organisations such as CORE-TCHAD — an organisation ensuring international law is upheld and combatting impunity for the perpetrators of crimes against humanity, torture and degrading treatment.
