Hafeez Baloch

Hafeez Baloch is land rights defender who has been campaigning for the land rights of Baloch persons in Sindh province linked to forced displacement and land grabs by corporate interests in Sindh province. He is the founder of the Indigenous Land Alliance and was an active advocate on Baloch human rights. The human rights defender has been missing since 29 July 2024, when he was last seen at the sit in protest in Gwadar, Balochisntan, following the Baloch National Gathering held on 28 July 2024. The whereabouts of the human rights defender are currently unknown.
