Yamamah Elubeyd Sammak
Yamamah Elubeyd Sammak is a Syrian woman human rights defender, with a strong background in supporting women-led and grassroots initiatives, and advocating for women in crisis-effected areas. She is experienced in advocacy, program leadership, and project management, with 8 years of experience working with INGOs on refugee issues and cross-border response.
Yammah is firmly committed to empowering vulnerable communities and promoting the rights of women and children. In her current role as Deputy Country Director of Women Now for Development, she oversees various programs focused on sustainable development, protection, and capacity building for women and girls in Northwest Syria.
