Seyni Djibo is a human rights defender and member of non-governmental organisation Tournons la Page (Let’s Turn the Page -TLP Niger). He works to denounce corruption and to promote democratisation and citizen participation.
Human rights defenders working on combating impunity and for social justice are targeted with judicial harassment, including pre-trial detention and trumped-up charges.
