Issiaka Lingani is a human rights defender and journalist editor. He is the Publishing Director of the Online Journal ‘L’Opinion’. He works on issues and violations regarding freedom of the press and human rights, and is the President of the ‘Burkina Faso de L’Union Internationale de la Presse Francophone’ (UPF/BF), or the Burkina Faso International Union of the French Press.
