My Heart Is In The Highlands

My Heart Is In The Highlands is an environmental rights initiative led by women human rights defenders in Armenia. Its members advocate for environmental protection, the rights of communities affected by mining activities and public participation in environmental decision-making. Their work includes peaceful campaigning concerning the Amulsar gold mine, particularly its potential impact on water resources, biodiversity and local communities.
